Pack Your Gear
Place the helmet in its original protective cloth bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of road use.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
